The following information may help if you are having trouble placing an order from the Monkey Barrz Store.
This website works best in Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer 7. I prefer Firefox which you can download for free at www.mozilla.com/firefox/ . It's very easy and user friendly.
Once you've downloaded the browser, check to see if it's set to accept cookies.
Choose the dropdown menu labeled Tools and select Options.
Click on the Privacy icon then click to check the box labeled Accept cookies from sites.
I would also check the box for Accept third party cookies as well. You can then choose how long you'd like to keep them.
If you are still experiencing difficulties, you may need to check your internet security and/or firewall settings. If their levels are set too high, they may be interfering with the store's capabilities as well.
