I get asked all the time if I supply hair. Not anymore. I decided a long time ago, it was better if I just concentrate on the glue! Monkey Barrz is a specialty item that requires my full attention! I'd rather do one thing right and leave the rest to others.
Your hair supplier should be concentrating on providing you with the best hair possible. That in itself is a huge responsibility. I'm not talking the cookie cutter pre-bagged, pre-glued/tipped stuff everyone's jacked about. The best hair out there is European and Italian. I don't care what the "training wheels: hair people are saying. They're all about selling you hair every time. If you like their hair, that's fine...but why buy it over and over again. I've had clients that only purchased once or twice a year! Imagine the savings there. No only that, their hair got softer and more natural looking with every touch-up.
Really great hair, especially very long and very light hair is difficult to find. Even your regular supplier can't guarantee it'll all be exactly the same, each and every time. It's what I call, "a human commodity". Hair grows from the heads of different people, so by nature, it has to vary in quality to some degree or another. And the notion that European hair is too fine to hold up is just ridiculous. Try it sometime and feel the difference!
Also, there's a big difference in REAL European/Italian hair, and the bagged hair processed in the European style. Here's where doing your homework, networking...along with some trial and error comes in.
